Cancellation Policy:
A $25.00 processing fee per night is charged for
cancellations for any reason. A two week
Cancellation Notice is necessary, or your
reservation will be non-refundable if we are
unable to fill the vacancy left by your cancellation.
Your credit card will be automatically charged if
cancellation notice is not received via phone or
email. We are a small guest house and
appreciate your understanding of this policy.
